Collection banner and text can not be seen on every collection page

I want to show text and banner on this collection page: https://www.ohmydocs.shop/collections/all

I can’t figure out how, the banner and text are uploaded already. In other collections the banner/text can be seen. Like here:

https://www.ohmydocs.shop/collections/vintage-drmartens-laarzen-schoenen-sandalen-slippers

Okay thanks, but how come that some collection pages do have a banner and text and the other doesn’t?
