Collection Conditions for Metafields beyond "is equal to"

Hi,

I’m looking to create collections with metafields that require conditions like ‘does not equal’. Shopify admin doesn’t natively support metafield collection conditions beyond “is equal to”. Is anyone aware of a solution or app for unique metafield based collections?
