Collection images are vague on mobile version Dawn Theme

Hi there community,

Last week I switched from Debut theme to Dawn theme (Shopify 2.0).

Due to this change 2 problems occured:

  1. My Shopify chat is malfunctioning, chats are not coming in and the chat is displaying weird.

  2. The collection images on the mobile version are not clear / vague / low quality.

How can I fix these issues? Anyone who has the same experiences?
