Collection images as links instead of butons

trying to get rid of the buttons that have collection names and make the whole image field the link to collection page. i figured out how to remove the buttons but then the link action disappears. the theme is giggles if it matters

Looking at the theme demo, this code will do what you want:

.only_title_wrap {
  display: none;
}

.media.media--hover-effect {
  z-index: 1;
}

Best option is to add it to this Sections “Custom CSS” setting.

that worked great anyway to make it single click instead of having to double click and remove the greyed out hover or change the hover color?

I have not encountered the need to double-click in demo store, so probably would need to see yours to tell why.
