One of my collections is showing up in a spot it shouldn’t be. I have three collections. “Hoodies”,“crewnecks”,“Sweats” The sweats and crewnecks are fine. When I click on the hoodies section it shows the crewnecks and not the hoodies. I have deleted the hoodies section and re did it twice and it still is going to the crewnecks page.
Topic summary
A Shopify store owner is experiencing a navigation issue where clicking on the “Hoodies” collection incorrectly displays the “Crewnecks” collection instead. The other two collections (“Crewnecks” and “Sweats”) are functioning properly.
Troubleshooting attempts:
- Deleted and recreated the Hoodies section twice
- Issue persists despite these efforts
- Screenshots were provided showing the problem
Suggested solution:
- Navigate to Online Store → Navigation → Main menu
- Edit the Hoodies link to ensure it points to the correct collection
