I have issue with one of my collections in which it is showing that there are alot of items there but they are not visible. When you scroll down and go to next page, the items will show up and then when you go back to first page again, the items will show up and they are all there.
Its only when you initially go to that collection where the items are not visible.

To provide some insight, there are multiple factors that can be causing this to occur, including any code customizations, apps, etc.
To help locate the issue, I recommend installing a fresh version of the theme being used from the Shopify Theme Store. This will allow for you to determine whether the issue persists on a new unpublished version of the theme. If you’re unable to replicate however, this likely indicates it is a theme-related issue and will need to contact the theme developer for further assistance. If a Shopify theme is being used, please feel free to Contact Support to allow for further investigation.
Alternatively, if the issue persists on a fresh version of the theme this can indicate an app for example, is impacting the functionality of the shop. It’s recommended to remove any apps that aren’t being used to help reduce this impact, but can Contact Support to allow for further investigation.
