Collection List links not working, customised Debut theme

Good Day,

I have been asked to help finish a site that was built on a customised version of the debut theme. The person developing the site has gone AWOL and I’m having to pick up the pieces of what they have done…

For some reason, the collection lists are not working. The image and the collection title just contain a # in the link.

If you take a look at the 'World full of ideas" section, all the collections in the collection list grid there just have /# in the link and I can’t figure out why.

Hope fully someone can point me in the right direction!!!???

I think I may have solved my own problem!

I assumed that products had been added, especially since they had setup many, many collections, but infact there were no products at all, and so it couldn’t create a link. as soon as i added a dummy product, the links started working… as in, the collections that had products in would now have links…

How did you do that:)? Do you know if there is a free theme where the collection list works?
