I have a Collection with conditions:
Products must match “Any Condition” & have added 2 x Product Types to this collection
The Collection in Admin lists 59 Products (58 products from 1 x Product Type + 1 x Product from the other Product Type)
I have added a Page Template in my theme with Collection Lists - this collection being one of the Collections in the list.
BUT when I click on this Collection in my browser (or in my theme edit) only 58 products are listed on this collection page.
The 1 x Product which is not listed is the Product Type with 1 x product.
I spoke to Shopify Support/Help via the chat option and the response I got was a screenshot of my theme codes page templates .json and they advised me:
“Even a small change with the codes can have a noticeable effect on the website.”
basically advising me that because I have added page templates .json to my theme this has affected the fact that the 2 x product types are not being listed in my collection in my theme, but are listed in my Collections in admin.
Can someone please shed some light - as since Shopify Support deleted the request for call-back option to actually speak to someone on the phone - the chat option shopify support is not solving any issues !!!
