How to add the total rating for the entire collection page & display it on Google SERP?

The schema for product page aggregate rating is pretty straightforward and easily generated via tools such as Schemantra & Technical SEO Schema Generator however, finding information about collection page reviews especially for a Shopify E-commerce website is nowhere to be found.

So to conclude:
How would a working collection page schema code work stay within Google’s Guidelines?
How to have it draw the total product rating count & display it in the Schema/Automatic schema updates according to the new total rating count?
