collection page unresponsive

Hello everyone - we are seeing that for some costumers a click on a product on a collection page results in “nothing”. The customer does not move to the product, the collection is still scrollable but there is no way for the customer to get to the product. It seems to be very random. some customers keep clicking and suddenly they are taken to a different product, but then after reload the right product loads.

i have checked your details and collection page is working fine,
on the click of product, its going to product page.
