I am on a shopify site on the backend and am running into an issue. on all collection pages, when I click the “load more” button to dive deeper into the collections, the products are duplicating and the page is only showing the same products over and over. any idea how to fix this error

I guess you disabled Product grid from your Sales channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize > Collections > Default collection, added a Featured collection, so you got that issue.
