collection photos not showing on all collections

Hello, I am having an issue with the collections. In the past I was able to make collections of products and have those collections show on the “All Collections” page with photos representing each collection. With the site I am working on right now, the collections of products are showing up as a list under the “All Collections” tab and not a grid with photos.

@jmbricks - do you have any option to change list to grid view in customize settings? usually all the themes have grid view only when it comes to collection page

Not that I can see. I don’t even see anywhere that option could be at.
