Collection Product Title - Split into multiple lines - Can the text all stay on one line?

We want the title to all be on the same line. There seems to be plenty of room for the full title to be on the same line. Is there any way to edit the theme to allow this? Using the simple theme. Thank you!

Please add the following code at the bottom of your assets/theme.scss.liquid file.

@media only screen and (min-width: 750px){
#shopify-section-collection-template .collection-sorting.grid__item.medium-up--two-thirds { width:25% !important; }
#shopify-section-collection-template h1.grid__item.medium-up--one-third{ width:75% !important; }
}
