Collection/Sub-collection pages each with unique content

Hi

New to Shopify so just learning how things work.

The problem I am facing at the moment is finding the best way to add unique content to every collection/subcollection page

From what I undestand I could create different templates for each collection/ subcollection page and add the content to each.

Since I will have over 80 collection pages creating that many templates seems excessive - especially given that my theme seems to have a new update every month and if the collection template was every changed I would have to change a lot of templates.

So I was wondering if there was a way to create a single additional collections template and either use meta-fields/meta objects to hold the content for each collection page.

Or maybe add 80 Shopify Pages each holding the unique content for each collection page and then call the related page based on the collection (not sure how to do this to be honest so apologies if this is a silly idea but in the event of a collection page update this seems the most logical appoach to me .)

If you have any guidance or advice I would be happy to hear it.

Turns out I overthought this big time.

I am going to use the Collection description to add the content and then just move it to the bottom of the collection page.
