Collection text - add a dropdown to add more text

Hi all,

I’m on the craft theme and I’m looking to add a dropdown button (‘Read more’) in the collection text. Similar to what Next has done here: https://www.next.co.uk/shop/department-homeware-productaffiliation-diningroomfurniture/category-diningtables

Would this be possible without using a 3rd party app?
