Collection to not include products - condition not working

Hi

I have created a collection to use for a discount code so certain products aren’t included.

At least 2 of the conditions aren’t working and the products with the word “tight” or “sock” are still being included in this collection.

The gift condition works and those products aren’t in there.

You have this set to ANY condition, none of those in the screenshot are exclusive conditions.

Hi Paul,

When I select All conditions it removes almost all the products though.

Can you recommend how I should fix this? Do I need to do separate collections?

There’s not enough information for someone else to even know what the goals are.

You just have to do the work of figuring out your information architecture and in turn which conditions would get the right products for automatic collections.

Any condition and does not match won’t work well when many conditions are used.

In your case it is better to create a separate collection for discount.
