I am using the Ride theme. When I create a collection, the site advises me to use an image with an aspect ratio of 16x9. When I do that and view the site in full view, the image is cropped to a 3x1 aspect ratio.
why is this question going unanswered? I’m having the same issue, and yours is the second post I’ve seen with no replies
