You can place the 200 categories into the collection column for each product on your CSV file as indicated in the Collection column exception section of our guide. However, it’s important to note that the collections do not have levels or folders on the backend of Shopify, but they can be further organized using drop-down menus for the header menu of the Online store for your customers. Based on the screenshot you’ve shared, it does look similar to the header menu of our Online stores.
