Collections - How to reorder collections manually (not products)

On my online store I want my collections in a certain order.

They are now sorted by title, I do not want this.

I want them to be sorted in the order I created them OR by Manually moving them to a location.

For instance…

Live shopping trip (7/22/23) where I pick up items and list them on my store.

Live shopping trip 8/3/23) where I pick up items and list them on my store.

I want the 8/3/23 “Collection” to appear first, but it will not because of the title. I don’t want to add a number to the beginning of the title so they sort correctly.

Is there a workaround (coding that I can add to the title), or a place I am missing to sort these in the order I want them to appear?

I want the one that says Don’t Make Me Choose in Place # 2

I want the one that says Another $1000 Day in place # 4

What do I need to do to get it to change? I can do it myself with instructions

I am an admin on someone else’s page and they are not comfortable with that.
What do I need to do? Or I can look for help somewhere else.
