Collections name change in dropdown - Brooklyn theme

I have changed the name of a collection in the editor, but when I go to my dropdown for collections it is still the old name.

Any ideas why it would not carryover to the dropdown list

Did you change the name of your collection by going to Products > Collections and editing the collection title? If so, this doesn’t automatically change the title of the collection on your menu because the name of the menu item is not being pulled from the collection title. The menu item title is set up manually when you create the menu item, so you need to edit it through the Navigation page to update it. Feel free to follow the steps below to do so.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.

  2. Select the menu where the menu item you wish to edit is found.

  3. Click Edit beside the menu item where the collection is linked.

  4. Update the name.

  5. Click Apply changes.

  6. Click Save.
