I have my collections checked as available for my online store, but when I add any of them to the collection sections of my store theme template, no products show up. All of my products are also active. Does anyone know what else it might be?

Do you mean a section for showing a collection on non-collection pages such as the homepage.
Or do you mean your trying to add sections to the collection template settings.
Make sure you can see a collection in the theme editor when you go to the edit the collection template settings.
Make sure by available none of those things have been accidently set to publish in the future, I don’t know if they fixed this or not but there was bug that could happen if your clock is set ahead.
Try a different browser. If that fixes it clear your main browsers cache.
Yes I mean on the homepage of a theme. They are not set to publish in the future.
