I have been working on adding products to my store. I created a collection called “Key Racks”. I’ve added four products to this collection. Today I’m trying to add more products to that collection. When I try to add a product to the Key Racks collection in the dropdown doesn’t have Key Racks available to choose from. In the dropdown menu on my website “Key Racks” is showing and so are the four products I added. I don’t know how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated!

When you’re trying to add a product to a collection, and the collection you want isn’t appearing in the list of collections, it’s often because the collection was created as an automated collection rather than a manual collection. An automated collection uses conditions to automatically include matching products. On the other hand, a manual collection allows you to add or remove products individually. If you’re using an automated collection there isn’t a way to manually add or remove individual products, but you can ensure a product is included in the collection by making sure it meets the conditions you set up for the collection. You can also remove products from automated collections by ensuring they don’t meet the conditions you’ve set up. This guide here has more information on collections.
You can double check the type of collection you’re using for your “Key Racks” collection by going to that collection within your Shopify admin. If the collection is an automated collection you will see the conditions listed there. If it’s a manual collection you will just see a list of the products included in it.
