Hi guys, I have a bunch of different vendors in my setup. I’ve separated these vendors with conditional collections, this had worked completely fine (and technically still does!) until yesterday.
In the collection setup (Products->Collections) I’ve got the conditions set to:
Vendor is equal to: Example Vendor
Price is > £0
Inventory stock is > 0
This would filter everything in real time under collection items, which was usually between 15-50 items per vendor. Today when I’ve logged on collection items is showing 500+ items (basically all products I think), but when I check the actual vendors page on the front end of the site the filters are still applying correctly. I’m just curious if anyones had this before? Is it a bug? Have I dont something incorrect? Any advice would be fantastic. TIA.

Hello! I appreciate the advise. I added the new conditions (>0price, >0intentory) yesterday, but other than cosmetic changes that’s the only changes I’ve made!
Refreshing, resaving, even creating new collections doesn’t fix this for me!

Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like this is likely an issue with the Shopify admin rather than your collection settings. Since your storefront is still displaying the correct products, your automated collection rules appear to be working as expected. I’d recommend trying to re-save the collection, checking in an incognito window or another browser, and giving Shopify some time to refresh the collection index. If the issue persists, it’s worth reaching out to Shopify Support, as they can check for any indexing or admin-side issues.
Shopify is moving to a new collection system.
Your interface screenshot looks pretty much like you’ve already got the update though it was told that this is only for the dev stores at the moment.
Is it a dev store?
