Our store is experiencing an intermittent issue where collection pages won’t load until the page is refreshed. After speaking with Shopify Support, they confirmed this is a known issue affecting multiple stores. Their current solution is reindexing, but we’re looking to understand if this is happening to others and if anyone has found a long-term solution.
Has anyone else dealt with this recently? If so, has reindexing provided a lasting fix for your store? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
