Hello,

I’m using Tinker v3.0 (latest), and have noticed since the beginning that on mobile when I scroll on “all products” or collections with a lot of products the page will start refreshing over and over on mobile.

I’m not using many apps:

  • Printful
  • Printify
  • Judge me
  • Flow
  • Search & Discovery
  • Email
  • Marketplace connect
  • Quickbooks Online Global
  • QuickBooks Online

I have not modified the theme other than simple text edits on search and the footer.

I have tried disabling animations but didn’t do anything. I’ve also added the css to disable x-overflow (as mentioned by Google as a fix on theme css settings).

I’m pretty lost here, any help would be appreciated as it is affecting our sales as about 50% of our traffic comes from mobile devices and we need this working.

I just noticed there’s an update for the theme (3.0.1), when I test it on preview mode and go to “all products” this happens:

@redman are you using apple phone?

the issue is your theme collection pages are using lazy loading which means next products will load only when user past certain products, and when it does the page is reloaded to next products. On android it is working fine, but since it is affecting your sales, I recommend to stop lazy loading and use normal pagination.

There’s a workaround for the iphone though? Still interested in it, or you good with the current one you’ve got.

Hi @redman :waving_hand: For issues in the theme itself contact that themes developers/support directly to report the issue.

“in the theme itself” means you’ve tested to verify the issue is replicatable by others such as getting a fresh install of the theme free of apps , checking in different browser , or devices, etc

I ended up switching theme to one with pagination, it’s sad many users got that bug but in the end I’m super happy with the new design and now everything works correctly :smiley:
