Color different for mobile version

Hello, I’m using the Refresh theme. So on dekstop the announcement bar is one collor and on mobile is another collor. Also if i try ti change the header/footer in the same color as the announcement bar same color problem.

I’m using chrome on dekstop and Samsung internet on mobile.

I have now tried Firefox Mobile and the colors appear as if on Dekstop.

I think it’s because of the Samsung Internet.
