Color image is the same on all products

I can’t find a solution to my problem please HELP!

When i change the color image on product A “for exemple black”, since i have many other products that are black too, this color image of product A is the same on all black colors for all products, and if i change it on another product it’s all the same for all other products. here’s an exemple :

It is hard to understand or tell without actually looking at the live site and the problem.
