How can I get rid of these bars?

Here is some solutions

  3. At the bottom of the page, click Advanced. …
  4. Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
  5. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
  6. Click Blocked (recommended).

It didn’t work.

And I don’t think browser causes this because it’s the same in other browsers and other users.
