I can’t get the colour filters to work?
I’ve got sleeve style filters which works perfectly.
The colours show up on the left side under ‘filters’ on my website but clicking on colours brings no results? No products show up. I’ve tried contacting Shopify. I was chatting with them for ages yesterday but achieved nothing. I was told to employ a Shopify expert. Surely I shouldn’t have to do this it’s a Shopify app and I pay a yearly subscription for Shopify.
There are colour hex fields all set up . On my product pages, I have allocated item colours to the ‘color’ section.
What is the issue? I also get an error message when selecting the Color filter in the app when I press save to launch it.
‘Some values are missing a color or pattern. This may impact what customers see in your store’s filters.
Has anyone got any ideas why this is happening?
