In most themes this feature is available by default.
You just have to create color variants in each product and they will appear.

Most theme have this feature inbuilt, you might want to check the settings and demo of your theme to know if thats true,
If your theme doesnt have this, you can get this done through an app, you will find quite few on them on app store, or you can have a developer to get this coded in your theme.
