If you click the little settings gear icon on the left, and then go to “colors” it will bring you to a place where you can edit the color schemes. Then on many sections there is a place to choose which color scheme you want to use in that section. If you click on your header, then scroll down in that far left area, you will see where to change the color scheme for the header.

Follow the steps
- Click on Online Store > Themes
- Then Click on Customize option
- Click on the gear icon on left side pannel and select the color option
- here you can see the Schemes
- From here you can either use the existing color scheme or and create a new one
- And then you have to assign it to the section.
- If you want to edit the color of header, go to header section and click on option Color scheme and assign the color you want.
