I need help please.

I’m using a bundle app to create some bundles, the functionality of these apps is basically to apply an automatic discount.

However, I would like to give a welcome discount coupon to new customers, offering 10% off the order, but Shopify does not allow this combination. When checking out, the field for adding coupons is not displayed.

Is there any way using shopify functions or app to do this?

Have you added the coupon already in the Shopify Discount tab?

If you would like for anyone to visit your site you’ll need to provide us with the password to view the site as it is locked currently.

What is the bundled discount? Because you may be able to achieve everything with just Shopify. The only thing Shopify wont do is automatically add items to your cart. If you need this feature, an addon may be your best bet.

You can give “new customers” 10% off with just Shopify and this can be combined with other discounts. There is a thing called customer segments that allow you to do this. When using this you just need to create a discount code that requires a code. Toward the bottom of the coupon page you will see a section called customer segments.

Under customer segments you will just choose ‘new customer’. I always select limit the use when I want to limit the use but it should limit it automatically as it checks to make sure your customer hasn’t made a purchase in the past. Then if you want to combine the coupon with other coupons you can do that under combinations. Keep in mind you have to create those other coupons or discounts for them to appear in this section when you select one. This option could work for you if you would like to just use Shopify for your discounts. Otherwise we need to know what plugins you use for discounts because if you want Shopify to be able to talk to this plugin we need to know what we are working with. But depending on your needs, you may be using a plugin for discounts that you do not need. We do not really know your needs well enough to give you proper advice. This is why we ask questions.
