Command "theme serve D path\to\theme\folder" not found (Shopify CLI 3.45.1)

Hi,

I get this when I run the “shopify theme dev” command. I set SHOPIFY_CLI_BUNDLED_THEME_CLI=1 before running theme dev.

If I select the first option (Yes, confirm), I get the “Ruby environment not found” error even though Ruby is installed on my system.

OS: Windows 11
Shopify CLI version: 3.45.1
Node version: 18.12.1
Ruby version: 3.0.6
