How to add comments to abandoned checkouts?
- We want staff to comment when they call a customer, whether the customer answer or not, why they did not buy initially, if they are now going to buy, whether we need to follow up and if yes then when we need to follow up. We then need a reminder to do those follow ups on the morning of day the follow up is meant to be done.
- We can currently comment on orders, but it would be Great if we could also comment under a specific SKU during the staff picking and quality control check. For example, to say “This item needs to be replaced due to a defect” or “this item’s colour is not a super picture so the customer needs to be informed” etc
