Given that Shopify has no Company Details fields for a Contact, other than the Shipping Company fields associated with the delivery address, we need help to understand what our options are for linking a purchaser with a company for easy syncing with our Hubspot CRM.
As an FYI - Shopify Plus is not an option for us due to the cost.
80%+ of our customers are business clients and we need to capture the company details.
At this stage, we need to add this information manually to our deals as we cannot rely on the Hubspot email domain automation assumption (assuming that their email domain is their company details) as many of our clients are in education and share a common email domain. We need each sale to be linked to a unique company.
Is there an app that can add additional company details in Shopify at the contact level that will then allow auto-syncing with Hubspot?
Will Shopify ever recognise the value of company details in Shopify Std?
What are our options other than manually creating the company in our CRM?
