Company Name not printing on Star Receipt Printer

The Full Company name does not print on the Star receipt printer.

What is odd is when I print to a HP printer the full name prints out.

So far tech support cannot help..

One suggestion was to buy a new printer.

Can anyone help?

amazing , it’s missing the middle word? it’s looks like that the company name is wirtten some where in the printer settings. or you are using some template to print that contain different names.
