compare-at price - dawn theme

Howdy,

I have a problem with the dawn theme, the compare price does not appear… If I want to edit the product page or products, it shows the compared price, but after that nothing.

The products are imported from a .csv file from my woocommerce store and I think this is the problem because if I add a new product manually it will show the compared-at price but on the products I imported it doesn’t..

Can someone help me please? I have something like ~350 products and I don’t want to add them manually, it will be a very long process.

Try to create a product manually, export it to CSV, compare the format with your CSV file, correct the data, and import products again.

So i’m back as i promised

And it doesnt work, i configure all the data and make the import, the import in made successful, but the product isn’t uploaded, and i’ve searched for the product and try it again and again but nothing ..

Any other suggestions?

Hi,

Verify and format CSV file properly.
Re-import the CSV file into Shopify.
Check and adjust theme settings to display compare prices.
Clear browser cache.
If issues there, use Shopify’s bulk editor or third-party apps for bulk updates.

I did bulk edit, and the compared-at price is not there, i added but after save it doesn’t save ..

i’ll try to make the import of products with an extension, i hope it’ll be helpful for me and for others that have this problem ..

i’ll be back with an update
