Compare-at Price isn't syncing from Shopify

The sale price I set for a specific product using the compare-at price isn’t syncing to Instagram/Facebook. It’s displaying the regular price instead. Is there a solution to this problem?

Step 1: Go to Sales Channels and select Facebook and Instagram

Step 2: Click on

CONNECTED PRODUCT CATALOG

Step 3: Click on Shopify Product Catalog

Step 4: In the search type in the product.

Step 5: Click on the checkbox next to the product.

Step 6: Click Edit product

Now you should see a spot to edit the sales price.

• Put in the new price and click update product.
