Hi, so i’m trying to put a strikthrough compare at price for my store product but even if i did the thing where i changed the EEE europe thing so it can be see in Europe, it still is not showing. In my added markts i also have United-States and it’s not showing on USA as well so it’s really only the ones i added manually. I don’t know why it’s doing this. I even tried deleting the geolocalisation app and reinstalling it just to try and it don’t change anything. My website is evanesia.com if it can helps you check it out!

Hi, yes Eu countries are fine because i did the thing about the EEE in the market preferences. But, if you go on a eu country like France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, and switzerland it won’t be appear, because i added these countries to a separate market and United-States as well that’s why. I checked my settings but i can’t seem to find anything that works that will make it appear. It’s really just the countries that i added to a custom market that do that
I think to make it work you need to have price that arent modified. Like me i wanted that in France for exemple the price is let’s say 24.99 because i was selling there so i changed it to 24.99 because if i didn’t i would’ve been like 24.37 and i don’t want that but the sale and compare at price won’t be there. When i don’t change it and let Shopify round the price or not, it works
I had the same issue. The Compare-Price was not showing, but only when I selected the US market on my website. When I reset the pricing of the product for the US Market in Market settings, it now displays the compare-price. However, now my price is rounded up to the nearest dollar, but I would have preferred it to be xx.99.
As for the rounding, in the Markets sections under Preferences, you have the option to enable/disable the price rounding.
If enabled, it rounds the prices automatically to the most common denominator for each currency. If you don’t like the prices before/after rounding, you still have the option to manually enter the prices for each product variant.
Thank you for that, I actually did not know you could turn off automatic rounding. However, unfortunately, when I input the price manually, the compare-price no longer shows up on the webpage for some reason… I therefore reverted to automatic rounding until I find a solution.
