‘Compare at’ price does not appear, at first it was shown, but then dissapeared, I immidiately say that comparison with the price is of course higher tnan the real price, so such an answer is not relevant

We’d need more information and troubleshooting to figure out the root of the issues. Please share a screenshot of where you used to see the price. Also, the error might be within the live theme version. So to eliminate this, please install a new theme version and check if the Compare At price shows up.
If yes, the issue is within theme templates that contain compare-at-price codes. Those need to be looked at. If you don’t feel comfortable editing the template code yourself, you can always reach out to our Support team. Assuming you are using Shopify free theme and the store has enough complimentary design time left, our team may be able to customize this for you.
You can reach out to our Contact Us page at this link. Then log in to your store. It will allow us to verify you as the store owner securely. Once you have successfully logged in, you should be able to reach out to a Support Advisor and discuss the customization request.
Otherwise, if you are using a paid third-party theme, feel free to contact the theme developer to see if they can complete this customization for you. Also, you can post a job on the Shopify Experts Page and see what feedback and quotes you get.
