even though I installed the App and added everything, the complementary product is not shown in editor nor in preview.
Hi, there! In order to use the Shopify Search & Discovery app to display complementary products, you can follow this guide to ensure everything is set up correctly.
Keep in mind that in order for complementary products to appear, they need to meet the following criteria:
- It isn’t sold out.
- It has a price higher than $0.00.
- It isn’t a gift card.
- It is published to your Online Store sales channel.
- It isn’t currently in the visitor’s cart.
If your products meet these requirements and they still aren’t appearing, please try visiting your website in a separate browser window rather than within the theme editor. You can also try clearing your cache to make sure that your browser isn’t loading an older version of the website.
