Shopify’s handling of my payments account is absolutely disgraceful. After following every process, providing all tracking info, and ensuring every order was delivered, you’ve chosen to suspend my payments with no valid reason. I’ve had one unjust chargeback, and yet I’m still penalized? This is ridiculous.
You’re punishing small business owners over minor errors that are caused by your own system, while you ignore actual fraud. You’ve destroyed my ability to operate and grow my business with no justification, and now I’m stuck with no real option for recourse.
This isn’t the support we were promised.
