I am having a problem with customer invoicing. Our store creates many draft orders manually due to many phone and email orders that we receive. When we go to invoice the customer for an order, we do not manually add any shipping (most orders are pickup), but when the customer completes the order from the link in the invoice, Shopify automatically defaults to Shipping-AL, since Alabama is the first alphabetical state. The customer must then de-select this option and choose shipping to their address or local pickup. We have complaints that the pickup option does not show for all customers, forcing them to choose shipping. Does anyone have a fix for this?
I have been able to replicate the issue when creating a draft order and invoicing myself.
