I accidentally deleted this block and want to add it back but I can not figure out which block this is. I thought Rich text but I can not duplicate it. Can someone with the Concept theme from RoarThemes tell me which this is? Thank you!
That looks like the collage - section.
Make backups as habit.
Or try looking for it in file rollbacks

It could be collage, it could be AI generated, it could be a custom-liquid block with custom code, assuming from an IMAGE alone is swinging in the dark in most cases.

I’ve run into this exact problem with the Concept theme before — it’s not a Rich Text block, which is why you couldn’t recreate it manually.
That section in your screenshot is actually the “Image with text” section that comes built into the Concept (RoarThemes) theme. Even if there’s no image showing, that’s the section. The right-side paragraph is part of the section’s default content fields, not an add-on block.
To get it back:

Go to Customize
-
Click Add section
-
Look for Image with text (some versions call it Featured content)
-
Add it → Remove the image if you don’t need it

Fill in the heading, button, and the big paragraph on the right
Once you add that section, the layout will look exactly like your screenshot again.
