Concerning the payment for the design of a Shopify account that was created in 2020, but has not bee

I created a Shopify account in January 2020 as a partner account. According to the regulations of that time, the monthly planning fee was to be paid only after the sale of 50 items in that account. I have not yet sold items from this account. Do I have to pay a fee for all months of 2020 when I sell items from this account now? Or is it possible to continue paying only for the next month after selling 50 items? ("NEXT BILLING DATE February 14, 2020 for $ 0.00 USD " in the account.)

If the store was created under your Partner account, then it won’t be charged the monthly subscription until you move to a paid plan. However; partner accounts can only process test orders through test payment providers. Real transactions will require that you move to a paid plan.
