Someone may have encountered this problem in the past? I still can’t find it! this is a real case study 
I summarize it more precisely here.
We have a “Custom Product Builder” configurator on our site. We also use a translation application "Transcy.
Everything works perfectly, except that on the translated English version, the prices of the configurator do not update. However, the system is good because if you validate the cart, it is the right price that is updated. But in terms of display, it does not work.

However, on the original version (French), the prices of the configurator work perfectly well!
Transcy is not able to solve this problem, because when they do the tests on their side, and everything works perfectly. So for several weeks, we have been testing on all types of devices, browsers, clearing caches and private browsing…

However, it does not work for us or for the customer. So we have to solve this problem. We have tried everything and we are thinking of changing applications as a last resort, but we are not even sure that this would work and solve the problem.
Can anyone figure out what’s going on? It seems completely crazy!
