Confirmation of Identity and Adress for shopify payments

Hi everyone,

I have applied for shopify payments and they asked from me my id and address confirmation. I am living in Italy but in a college. They are calling college in Italy actually a place full of separate flats. It is a place for earthquake engineers. We are only paying rent and all expenses like electricity,WIFI,cleaning, water, etc. are included in the rent. That’s why I tried to upload my bank documents and also receipt of the rent but they are rejected immediately I don’t know why. Now I cant even upload a file the button is not appearing when I tried to upload it is saying contact with support and upload a document at the same time. I contacted the support via email like 2 days ago but still waiting for a mail. Can anyone give me assistance please it will be really helpful

  • Log into our Help Center
  • Enter your question in the search bar
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Continue’ under ‘Get Support’
