Hi,
We’re having several customers state they are receiving conflicting automatic emails regarding UPS shipping, one with an earlier date than we really expect and one with the tracking info. and closer to the what we expect to be the delivery date. We generally order labels the day before shipping, specify the date the shipment will be picked up and keep the box clicked to email customers with tracking info. etc. How can we rectify this; has been super frustrating for customers.
