I am setting up my store and am confused about Shopify’s rate on the manage shipping tab vs calculated rates in the shipping tab. I am on the basic plan so can not set up a dedicated carrier. Manage shipping shows a basic economy price of $4.90 for 1-5lbs. However, when I put a 4lbs weight into the calculate shipping rates sections I get prices as high as $7.90 from the different carriers. Also, should note I only ship within 1 zone.
Which shipping rate should I go by?

Carrier Calculated Shipping allows you to use your own account with a shipping provider, which can be a great option if you have your own rates or want to use a shipping service we don’t connect to directly. It is not required in order to manage your base shipping rates.
If the flat price shipping rates are not the correct value for your shipping fees you can edit them or create new ones. You can also offer carrier based shipping rates that calculate based on your default package size and product weight.
