Looking to migrate WooCommerce store to Shopify. Currently using multiple ad accounts (one per country) to target each location. Using the built in Google Ads & YouTube app from within shopify (unless i am mistaken) I cannot link more than one google ad account to shopify.

How do I go about doing so, there simply has to be a work-around for this! Is there another (plug and play) shopify app that I can use to enable connecting more than one google account?

Or am I correct in assuming that we will need to go down the route of installing google tag manager?

If you have multiple of google ads account for different region it would be the best practice to integrate google ads account with Google Tag Manager. You can add multiple of accounts and ensure tracking accuracy.
